Hi, I’m Courtney.

Nice to meet you.

As a coach, I am passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves.

I live just outside Nashville, TN. I grew up in Michigan & lived in Las Vegas, NV for most of my twenties. Turns out we can thrive in places we never expected. I have been married for 20+ years. I have been in ministry leadership for 20+ years. I have 4 kids. And one Bernedoodle.

I’m also someone who does CrossFit now.
Didn’t see that coming. CrossFit has shaped me more than I expected — physically, mentally, relationally. You learn quickly that strength is built slowly. That community matters. That growth requires discomfort. A well-run gym is a masterclass in culture. #notacult (but maybe a little)

I love to read. Shauna Niequist. Fredrik Backman. Just to name a few. Memoirs that read like fiction. Stories that feel both ordinary and sacred. I hope to write a book someday — something honest and human and brave.

Helping people grow has been the thread through my whole life. I’ve sat under incredible teachers, counselors, and coaches who changed me. Their investment is why I care so much about doing this work well & am so passionate about it.

I’m an Enneagram 8.
Which means I feel things deeply, protect fiercely, and care more than people sometimes realize. And I' can be a little spicy.

I understand the complexity of being a strong, assertive woman in leadership.

love working with leaders and with people learning to find their voice.

I believe self-awareness is a superpower. Meaningful change starts there. Kindness is a better environment for growth & change than cruelty, shame, & harshness.
